Description: The detached 1 1/2 storey brick & siding house was gutted. The location and size of the original living room remained the same while the kitchen, dining room, and basement stair were given the remaining two thirds of the house. The dining area with a custom glass & steel guard rail overlooked the rear garden, visible through floor to ceiling Lowen windows & doors. A glass pocket door, with Krowder track, separated the living area & the kitchen. The third storey addition added a master bedroom suite to the existing 3 bedroom house. The curved roof of the third floor dormer allows for a vaulted ceiling & clerestory windows in the light filled bathroom.
